We cannot make any changes (address, size, color) after you have placed your order.
When you see an item in our online store, it means it is in stock and ready to ship. Any sizes that are not in stock will be marked as unavailable.
On rare occasions, mostly during launches or just before the holidays, it may happen that several customers order the same item at the same time, which can lead to it being out of stock.
If we are unable to ship an item that you have already ordered, we will not charge your credit card or PayPal account for that item. If you have already paid by bank transfer, we will refund you the amount paid as soon as possible
We do everything we can to maintain our stock levels as carefully as possible. Sometimes, however, errors can also occur – albeit rarely.
